"I waited a while to make this review. I had 2 Mitsubishi one way ceiling cassette installed in my home. I also had a Mitsubishi wall unit installed in my basement. Tom and his team were great. I did a lot of searching and research to find the best hvac company to go with and also the best units to use. I went with Tom cause he was very knowledgeable on the Mitsubishi ductless units and he was very professional. He answered all my questions and then some. The install team were great they worked hard to make sure I was completely happy. These units work great. I get cold air in the summer and hot air in the winter. I would definitely recommend Tom and his whole team at Gold Coast. Thanks for everything Tom."

"Tom, his administrative staff and technicians were professional throughout the entire process of the installation of our Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning system. You could see the high level of pride they all took in getting the job done correctly. Tom was as thorough as anyone I've ever dealt with in explaining our options and was also an excellent listener when my wife and I conveyed our needs and preferences to him. The administrative staff kept us up to speed regarding the progress being made securing the necessary permits and job scheduling. The installation team showed up on time and worked diligently to get the job done in the time that was committed to us without sacrificing care and / or neatness. Having had the system in place for the past three weeks or so, we couldn't be happier with the results. All in all a very satisfactory experience from start to finish."

"I don't leave a lot of reviews, but the team at Gold Coast definitely earned a good one. Rarely have I seen a company execute a job as well from start to finish as these guys did. From my communication with Tom during the consultation and estimate, to the amazing job his installation team did for us on a holiday weekend, I couldn't say enough good things. We installed two units, one in a ground-floor room, and the other in our basement. The job probably wasn't the easiest install, given where we wanted the units, and the logistics of how the plumbing had to be run. But the installation team was fantastic. A really nice group of guys, who were extremely professional and put a lot of care into the job. Every wire and tube they installed was tied in neatly, and they even replaced the drywall they had to cut out, making sure to make clean cuts right in the center of beams so that all that remained to be done was a simple spackle. They answered every dumb question I (and my three-year old son) had, and didn't leave until every last thing was tested and verified. I couldn't be happier with every aspect of the job. A really professional and good crew. I would highly recommend."
